At Appliance Pro, we stand behind the quality of our premium home appliances and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Returns Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and original tags must be included
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Personal Care items (electric toothbrushes, shavers, etc.)
- Health & Diagnostics equipment
- Any product where the hygiene seal has been broken
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service
Email our returns team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed return instructions
- The return shipping address
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- The RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package
- The item is securely packaged in its original box with all protective materials
- You retain proof of postage until your refund is processed
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for faulty items)
Refund Timelines
Depending on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- In your initial email, specify the replacement product you’d like
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item
- Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage or a description of the fault
- We’ll arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is faulty or damaged
- We sent the wrong item
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Important Note
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution. This is beyond our control, but we’re happy to provide documentation if needed.
